Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix almond flour, eggs, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  4. Pour a small amount of the almond flour mixture into the skillet, spreading it into a thin layer.
  5. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from skillet and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Roll up the cooked almond flour layer and repeat with remaining mixture.
