  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  3. Dredge the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs.
  4. Carefully place the coated sticks in the hot oil and fry until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
