  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ground beef, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce and stir in heavy cream until well blended.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
