- 1 bell pepper (red, green, or yellow), sliced

- 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with jerk seasoning; sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Introduce the sliced bell pepper into the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and peas, mixing gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
