- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, around 4-5 minutes.
- Mix the heavy cream and soy sauce in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Combine the cream mixture with the pot and stir gently. Add mixed vegetables and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
