- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and toss them in the cowboy butter mixture until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
