Description

Deliciously fluffy cinnamon rolls infused with crushed cookies and cream, topped with a sweet glaze for an irresistible treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed cookies and cream cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix the softened butter, milk, and egg in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  7. Add the crushed cookies generously over the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Whisk together the icing sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
