Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
