Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and add the chicken mixture on top.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa or sour cream.
