Description

Delicious and easy Chicken Philly Sliders featuring shredded rotisserie chicken, sautéed vegetables, and melted provolone cheese, all nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the vegetables in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and season generously with salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  4. Prepare the Hawaiian rolls by cutting them in half horizontally, and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Assemble the sliders by spooning the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves and layering slices of provolone cheese on top.
  6. Top with the top halves of the rolls, forming mini sandwiches.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls turn golden brown.
