A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring cheesy tortellini with pizza flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 package cheese tortellini (about 20 oz)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine the marinara sauce, cooked tortellini, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in the sliced pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
