A quick and easy one-pan dinner featuring cheesy tortellini with pizza flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese tortellini (about 20 oz)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, combine the marinara sauce, cooked tortellini, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stir in the sliced pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
