- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound of ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooked meat, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and Italian seasoning to the bowl. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
