Broccoli Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms are a delightful appetizer that combines the earthy flavor of mushrooms with a creamy, cheesy broccoli filling.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chopped broccoli and cook until tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sautéed broccoli, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the broccoli-cheese mixture.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
