Ingredients
- Pretzel Buns
- Sausage (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
- Eggs (fresh, large)
- Bacon (medium-cut)
- Cheese (American or your choice)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the sausage: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté until browned, roughly 6-8 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs: Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook until fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Crisp the bacon: Cook bacon slices in the same skillet until crispy, around 5-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice the pretzel buns: Carefully slice each bun in half without cutting all the way through.
- Assemble the sliders: Layer sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Complete the slider: Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately, ideally warm.
