- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to create the marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
