Description

Deliciously decadent rolls filled with a creamy blueberry cheesecake mixture and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made dough (crescent roll or puff pastry)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  4. Roll out your dough onto a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each rectangle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges gently.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Arrange the rolls on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance and chilling it. You can also use an air fryer to bake them at 325°F for about 10-15 minutes.
