Deliciously decadent rolls filled with a creamy blueberry cheesecake mixture and baked to golden perfection.

- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made dough (crescent roll or puff pastry)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Roll out your dough onto a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges gently.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Arrange the rolls on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance and chilling it. You can also use an air fryer to bake them at 325°F for about 10-15 minutes.
