- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil and sesame oil to the griddle.
- Once hot, add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
