Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the berry mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Dot the filling with small pieces of butter.
  5. Top with your choice of crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the filling bubbles.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with vanilla ice cream.
