Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the beef cubes on all sides.
  2. Transfer the browned beef to the crock pot.
  3. Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the crock pot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
