- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the chopped olives, raisins, and hard-boiled egg if using.
- Remove from heat and let the filling cool before using it in empanadas.
