- 1 cup coconut rum

- 1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello
- 1 cup cold water

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of coconut rum and 1 cup of pineapple juice to the mixture.
- Stir in 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh fruit if desired before serving.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coconut rum with coconut water.
- Make sure to use a measuring cup for accurate liquid measurements.
