Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, coating it generously, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the panko is golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with additional dipping sauce if desired.
