Description

Crispy panko-coated salmon bites with a sweet and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for gatherings and parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Dip each salmon piece into the sauce, coating it generously, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the panko is golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with additional dipping sauce if desired.
