Description

A delightful dessert that combines the creamy goodness of banana pudding with soft eclairs and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of eclairs
  • 2 cups banana pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1 package of vanilla wafers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the banana pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain airiness.
  3. Lay down the eclairs in a single layer at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the banana pudding mixture over the eclairs.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining eclairs and pudding mixture.
  7. Top with more banana slices and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
