- 1 package of eclairs
- 2 cups banana pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- Chocolate syrup
- 1 package of vanilla wafers (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the banana pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain airiness.
- Lay down the eclairs in a single layer at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the banana pudding mixture over the eclairs.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining eclairs and pudding mixture.
- Top with more banana slices and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, refrigerate overnight before serving. Customize with other fruits or syrups as desired.
