- 1 large apple, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and cook until the apples are tender.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Spoon the apple mixture over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with the second tortilla.
- Slice and serve warm.
