- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak bites with half of the garlic butter, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- In another bowl, toss the halved potatoes with the remaining garlic butter, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the steak bites to the basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time as needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites for 30 minutes before cooking.
