- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 cup Peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Prepare a 9-inch by 13-inch glass dish or serving bowl.
- Layer the iceberg lettuce at the bottom.
- Scatter chopped celery evenly across the lettuce.
- Add the green onions in a vibrant scatter.
- Follow with layers of bell peppers and then peas.
- Combine Greek yogurt and sour cream in a mixing bowl and spread over the layers.
