Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9-inch by 13-inch glass dish or serving bowl.
  2. Layer the iceberg lettuce at the bottom.
  3. Scatter chopped celery evenly across the lettuce.
  4. Add the green onions in a vibrant scatter.
  5. Follow with layers of bell peppers and then peas.
  6. Combine Greek yogurt and sour cream in a mixing bowl and spread over the layers.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
