- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wraps by placing grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and green onions on each tortilla.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of extra soy sauce or teriyaki sauce before wrapping.
