Instructions
- Cook the bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until they turn crispy. Set them aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.
- Scramble the eggs: Use the same skillet to scramble the eggs. Whisk them in a bowl with salt and pepper and pour into the skillet, stirring gently until fluffy and cooked to your liking.
- Butter the bread: Take your slices of sourdough and butter one side of each, ensuring an even coating for that richness.
- Assemble in the skillet: Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.
- Layer with goodness: On the bread in the skillet, layer your scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheese.
