Ingredients

  • 1 Small Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Turkey Bacon Pieces
  • 4 Large Russet Potatoes, sliced thin
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Introduce the crispy turkey bacon pieces and cook for a minute.
  4. Combine the sliced potatoes, water, and chicken bouillon cubes in the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  6. Simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes, and serve hot.
