Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded low-fat cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Layer the ingredients on one half of each tortilla: turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, Greek yogurt, and avocado.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a wrap.
- Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the wraps on both sides until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.

- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or salsa.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey with black beans.
