  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
