  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
  4. Add the cooked beef on top of the rice.
  5. Layer black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese over the beef.
