A delicious wrap featuring teriyaki chicken paired with a refreshing pineapple slaw.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, pineapple, and green onions to make the slaw.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the teriyaki chicken mixture on each.
  4. Add a generous amount of pineapple slaw on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the slaw.
  • Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
