A delicious wrap featuring teriyaki chicken paired with a refreshing pineapple slaw.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with teriyaki sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, pineapple, and green onions to make the slaw.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the teriyaki chicken mixture on each.
- Add a generous amount of pineapple slaw on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the slaw.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
