Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place one slice of bread in the skillet and top with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
- Cover with the second slice of bread.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic or herbs to the mushrooms.
- Serve with a side of salad or chips.
