Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  7. Assemble the wraps by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, carrots, and green onions on each tortilla.
  8. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top of the chicken before serving.
