- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and the sweet chili chicken mixture.
- Add a handful of crushed tortilla chips for crunch.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
