Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract to the melted mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and gently stir until all pieces are coated.
  5. In a separate bag or bowl, combine the powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Add the coated cereal to the bag or bowl and shake or stir until evenly coated with the strawberry sugar mixture.
  7. Spread the Puppy Chow on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
