Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the cups.
- In a small bowl, mix sliced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- Top the cheesecake layer with the sugared strawberries.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
