- ½ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam until it becomes liquid.
- Drizzle the warm strawberry jam over the cheesecake and top with chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
