- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with additional strawberries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Feel free to substitute other fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
