Ingredients
-
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
-
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
-
½ cup milk (adjust for desired thickness)
-
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
-
2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
-
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
-
Whipped cream for topping
-
Graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
-
Strawberry syrup or sauce for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, allow them to thaw slightly for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the milk quantity to achieve your preferred thickness.
Taste the milkshake and add more sugar or vanilla if needed. If you want it fruitier, add an extra handful of strawberries and blend again.
Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of strawberry syrup, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for that classic cheesecake experience.
For extra flair, add a whole strawberry on the rim of the glass or a small piece of cheesecake on top of the whipped cream.
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon and enjoy the creamy, fruity, and decadent flavors of this strawberry cheesecake milkshake.
