Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the brie cheese into slices and place it in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with sliced strawberries and chopped basil.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
