Instructions
- Whisk the pudding: In a large bowl, combine the cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix and whole milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the topping: Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Layer the graham crackers: Arrange a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of your 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread the pudding: Pour half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly with your offset spatula.
- Add the strawberries: Scatter half of the sliced strawberries over the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers: Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture, and finish with the remaining strawberries.
- Chill the cake: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if time allows.
