- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, carrots, and green onions on each tortilla.
- Add the cooked chicken on top and roll the tortillas tightly.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top of the chicken before serving.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
