Instructions
- Begin by cooking the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set them aside, allowing them to cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Allow it to cook undisturbed for a few minutes, letting it brown nicely. Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.
- Once the chicken is nearly cooked through, stir in the minced garlic, and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Once combined, pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet, allowing for a delicious glaze to develop.
- Add the prepared noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together carefully until every noodle is entwined with the sticky sauce and all ingredients are well combined. Heat through for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with the vibrant green onions and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
Notes
