- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add bite-sized pieces of steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the blue cheese until melted and thickened.
- Fold in the rigatoni until evenly coated in the sauce.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
