Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add bite-sized pieces of steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the blue cheese until melted and thickened.
  6. Fold in the rigatoni until evenly coated in the sauce.
