- 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
