Description

Delicious and crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture—a perfect appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. Press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
