- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated pork until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked pork on the tortillas and topping with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and green onions.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
Notes
- For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños as a topping.
