A delicious and spicy wrap filled with Korean BBQ chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tangy sauce, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Korean BBQ sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha to create a spicy mayo.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of spicy mayo on each tortilla.
- Add a portion of the BBQ chicken mixture on top of the mayo.
- Top with shredded lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and green onions.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled tofu or tempeh.
