- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or cooked
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or Southwest dressing
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, corn, black beans, and cheese.
- Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and drizzle with ranch or Southwest dressing.
- Toss the mixture gently to combine all ingredients.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll them up.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
